_{[When Pamela opened the package addressed to her, she didn't really think too much on it, beyond that it was disappointing that they had sent her an empty box. The memories didn't exactly strike her as life-changing or anything, really; if anything, this was apparently some new sidequest for her to complete.

Pamela's logic is a strange thing sometimes.

After giving it some thought, though, the Ghastly Inn Mascot figured maybe a certain Demon Dog King would know about this supposed sidequest more than she would, so, after looking for the slip of paper she had Kanata write down his address on, she sets off for 917 Bilko. Kanata, there is +1 ex-ghost knocking at your door. Yes, knocking; she figured out awhile back she couldn't go through doors anymore, okay.]}

[When Kanata opened the door to see who it was knocking, his face suddenly lit up in excitement. If he had the tail he once had before, it would be wagging oh so happily now even though he had the empty box in his other hand. He motioned her to come inside the house and close the door behind her before saying anything.]

Talk about interesting timing, Pamela. I was just thinking about you all of a sudden! Like back when we were in Empyria and all.

_{[And Pamela will be entering the house, sans the box that had been sent to her, since she kind of left that back home. She brought cookies, though?]}

Really? Hmmhmm... how strange, I was thinking about you as well, Kanata~!

[Ooooh those cookies are brought to his attention, and he actually thanked for a moment that Etna wasn't here to steal them away.]

Oh yeah? I wonder if it's the same thing... like a cut scene that happened between us since I remember you and me doing stuff together back home. Maybe this is the back story part that's actually starting? I knew it was going to happen eventually if we waited for a bit!

_{[She doesn't care if it's bad for her figure or something, she can eat sweets again ;u; She will enjoy this while she can.]}

Do you think so? What kind of cutscene did you see? If Tsubaki was in it, maybe we saw the same thing!

Oh my, maybe it is! I wonder what else we'll get to see?

Tsubaki was definitely in it! And it was something about the both of us sharing a bed together and she didn't approve of it! It's kind of funny that I didn't remember this before until now like something just hit me... weird, huh?

Well, I guess I didn't mind it so much since it is you that I was sleeping with, so I don't see why I should start minding about it now.

I didn't remember, either, so don't feel bad~ But then, I don't remember a lot of stuff, hmmhmm~

Oh, but sharing a bed? Like a slumber party? I don't see why she didn't approve; maybe she was just being mean.

Yeah! I think so anyway... whatever a slumber party is. But I wouldn't know why she would be upset though since you are pretty trustworthy and all. Maybe she wanted to join us too and got mad because we didn't invite her or something.

Hey, that's an idea! If we ever find Tsubaki here, let's spend another slumber party thing together!

Do you think so? All she had to do was ask, don't you think? I'm sure she could have joined us!

Oh, yes! And we can bring lots of sweets, and tell stories!

I'm sure she could, and I wouldn't have any problems with it at all. I wonder why she would get so upset over a little thing like that? I'd figured Tsubaki would be a little more level headed than that... well, I guess she's been pretty stressed lately too.

I think I can do the story part anyway! I can share with everyone all the stories I've heard and read when I was inside the palace for so long! It'll be great-- and maybe even share some ghost stories too!

So you think she was just having a bad day, then? Poor Tsubaki, I wonder what it's like, having her job~?

I can help with the ghost stories! And we can all stay up late, and watch scary movies, too! Though, I don't know what sort of movies they have here.

It can't be too hard! All she was doing is like helping me out on my adventures and I didn't think it was all that bad! I actually found that more fun than troublesome.

Huh? Oh! A movie is a moving picture... or a bunch of pictures, sort of! That you record with a camera so people can watch later! _{[You know, that thing Mizuki thought she'd get to star in.]}

Whooooooa. That does sound pretty neat! I wonder if there are any good pictures around here that does things like that? The ones I've seen are just me being with people I don't even know.

I heard at school there's a theatre here, though I'm not sure where. We should visit it sometime!

Yeah! Maybe we'll be able to find treasure there! Or even a secret boss fight!

Oh, oh, do you think there's really possibly a boss monster here?

Of course there's gotta be a boss monster here! Why else would we be brought here? Every drifting object we go seems to have a boss waiting for us somewhere and a lurker to go along with. It would be pretty sloppy on the monster's part if they just brought us here and not give us a challenge at least.

I hope we don't run into the boss before we get our levels back, though! Or have an encounter with a Lurker. That would be bad.

That is a good point though. Maybe we'll just run around and grind for a bit until we are at a decent level then? Aaah, but we need to get our equipment back before anything.

Hm... that reminds me, though- I haven't found any clues about where our equipment is, not even my parasol! I tried asking some of the NPCs at school, but they didn't offer any information... _{[Munching on a cookie =w=]}

Yeah, I didn't get a hint with the people in this house either. They all thought I was playing some weird joke or pretending about stuff and told me to stop kidding around. It's almost like we're not anywhere in the Netheruniverse anymore since whatever I try to say seems to go over their heads.

If we're not in the Netheruniverse, though, where could we be? It's all so strange.
